Outreach Operations and Procedures
= The Mission
The Encouraging Life Children's Mission is the work of Todd and Yolanda Elder as led by Elohim. It is the equipment, locations, and work used to produce the resources used by the outreaches and may even include location(s) used as training facilities.
= The Outreaches
The Encouraging Life Children's Outreaches will be local centers run by volunteers using the Mission's resources. It is hoped to have many outreaches opened across the United States (and maybe later across other nations).
= Not a Shelter
This is more like an independent ministry. It is not a shelter. By definition, a shelter is a government operated institution. It is typically geared for individuals and not families. Seldom will a family be kept together. This means either mothers and daughters are separated from husbands and boys or the children are separated from the parents with the prospect of children being removed from the parents custody.
